The District Protocol for Security, Comfort and Coexistence in Soccer of Bogotá DC - PDSCCFB established several elements that cannot be entered into the city's stadiums, prior to the matches between the soccer teams.
As provided by the protocol, in number 3 of Annex 1, there is a list of elements that the authorities may seize at the time they are detected.
Among the elements are the well-known vuvuzelas, wind instruments, gunpowder and fireworks of any kind. Likewise, the animation elements activated by liquid or gas fuel and the helium balloons or any other combustion element since they represent a danger for the attendees, in case of improper manipulation.

Likewise, the authorities will be in charge of seizing psychotropic substances and boots to store alcoholic beverages.
Heavy metal belts, backpacks or briefcases, bags of any kind, laser beam elements, knives, firearms, fire extinguishers and confetti will also be seized by the uniformed Bogotá Police.
Any element that, in the opinion of the District Commission for Security, Comfort and Coexistence for Bogotá Soccer - CDSCCFB, may in any way threaten the normal development of the show, will be confiscated.
