Hedonistic Agenda. It was nice while it lasted

Thursday has always been the busiest day for gastronomic events, and despite the Covid, good manners do not end just like that. The tastings are back. Aula Vinícola is one of the first entities that has scheduled an appointment of this type, in serial format, since from now on they will celebrate 'Los Jueves de Tasting'. The first will focus on four wines from the Celler de Capçanes winery (DO Montsant, Catalunya) and will start the 'Taller de Terroir' line. Four Garnachas made in the same way, but from vineyards on soils with a different composition (honeycomb, clay, limestone and llicorella). A magnificent opportunity to appreciate the extremely important contribution of the terroir to wine, where the story will be given by Joan C. Martín and Andrea Gabrielli, teachers at the house. The capacity is limited to 12 places, which will be assigned in order of registration (paying €20).

7:30 pm - Aula Vinícola (Calle Campoamor, 57; next to Plaza del Cedro) - 12.5 euros

Hedonistic Agenda. It was nice while it lasted

But Thursday doesn't end here, far from it. If you are more into beer than wine, in Cruz del Sur Shambala a tasting is held to present the new variety of Östia Beers. What does not mean that, in addition to being the first to try the debutant proposal, you can taste four other types of the family, and each one of them paired with its tapa. You will have to book, yes, because places are limited (€12.5 per person)

Friday. What is your cut?

Thursday night - Meat Market (Burriana, 38) - 50 euros
