Rosalía has been the last celebrity who has revealed her beauty tricks to the American edition of Vogue magazine. In a video posted on the publication's YouTube, the Catalan artist shows, step by step, how she achieves natural makeup without her long nails hindering the process.

"I'm going to do summer makeup, so very fresh with pink tones," explains the interpreter of Malamente. As she herself says, she likes to spend more time caring for her skin than putting on foundation. "Just to correct a little", gracefully says the young woman, who begins her routine with cleansing milk that she spreads over her face and gently removes with a towel.

The next step is the Asian Gua Sha technique, with an oil that she distributes with the Jade roller, which helps to firm and soothe her skin. Then she takes several vitamins to take care of herself, such as artichoke extract or vitamin B, with grapefruit juice.

Rosalía uses many products from MAC Cosmetics, a firm for which she is an ambassador, and from Kylie Skin, the brand of her close friend Kylie Jenner. Specifically, the businesswoman uses sunscreen before applying moisturizer. "I love to feel my skin is very hydrated," she says.

As for makeup, the singer reveals how her beginnings with the world of beauty were. “I started doing makeup when I was 13 years old. I always really liked makeup. When I was 16 I already started doing shows and of course, at that time nobody did my makeup, I had to do it myself. I learned by doing it every night. Before acting I always had my ritual, my moment to do my makeup. For me that was the best school,” she explains.

Rosalía starts her beauty look with a little concealer to camouflage redness. She doesn't use brushes, instead she likes to use her fingers. She then applies concealer to brighten her look and she contours, marking with a dark brown shade on her cheekbones and temples to sculpt her face and she blends it with a sponge.

During the fifteen minutes that the video lasts, Rosalía reveals two of her essential products in her routine: the MAC gloss that gives her lips a juicy appearance, and the Giorgi hair gel, "the one of the whole life”, to set her eyebrows.

Once the makeup is complete, the Catalan talks about her impossible manicures that have become one of her hallmarks. “Long nails, for me, are a beauty secret. I come upstairs It's like a form of radical femininity because they look very aesthetic and pretty but at the same time it's a weapon (...) Nail artists make art with their nails," says the artist, who adds that putting on makeup with these long nails "requires talent." .

In this tutorial she also shows how her polished ponytail is made, with hairspray and the same hair gel to keep the baby hair, the little hair that grows on her forehead, at bay.
