2.- Trust the double cleaning

Although according to Janice, there are women who remove makeup and wash their skin every day, some might do it the wrong way, so she recommends doing the double cleanse, which consists of cleaning first with an oil-based product and then using a cleanser. normal.

“I feel that many do not remove impurities well and if your pores have makeup or toxins, how is your skin going to repair itself while you sleep? "Since there is a culture of beauty treatments in Korea -and everyone uses it-, the products are much cheaper than here in Mexico -where makeup is probably cheaper than the first thing-. All sheet masks are much cheaper and we apply them every day,” said Janice, who recommends Dr. Jart masks.

4.- A little help never hurts

Taking supplements isn't just for grown-ups! And it is that, to reinforce your beauty treatments, it is recommended to take vitamins or nutrients.

“Go to the doctor so he can tell you what vitamins you need. For example, if you lack magnesium, your skin may look dull; if you lack vitamin C, your skin can look pale and not so healthy,” said Janice. The drawer one? Take biotin, which will not only help your skin but also your hair.
