FC Barcelona will be able to count on an audience at the Camp Nou after 17 months of pandemic. This has been transmitted to the club by the Government of the Generalitat, which has established a maximum capacity of 30% in outdoor sports venues that have a capacity of more than 10,000 people, so the Camp Nou will have almost 30,000 people next Sunday August 15 for the start of LaLiga against Real Sociedad.
The match will represent the return of the fans to the Barça field seventeen months after the last match played with the public in the stands, precisely also against Real Sociedad, on March 7, 2020.
Of the total 29,803 spectators who will be able to meet at the Camp Nou, 85% of the tickets will go to members with a season ticket at the stadium, while the remaining 15% will go to club commitments.

Those who want to attend the meeting must make a prior request through the entity's website, which will be available from today at 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 11.
The stadium will be divided into eight different blocks to have unique entrances. During the match, fans must wear a mask at all times and may not eat inside the venue.
On the other hand, outdoor sports facilities with a capacity of less than 10,000 people maintain a capacity of 70% and a maximum of 3,000 fans. All the new measures will enter into force on August 12, once they are published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat of Catalonia (Dogc).
The measure comes barely two weeks after the Department of Health of the Generalitat of Catalonia prohibited the Joan Gamper Trophy from being played at the Camp Nou, having to transfer it to the Johan Cruyff stadium and with a capacity of 50%, up to 3,000 fans.
